     The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! has their own set of terms of service, that add to the above terms of service respectively. Please keep in mind, if any terms of service listed on this page are violated, your account may be banned or terminated.

-Administrators, moderators, and helpers of the site are considered volunteers. This is a hobby site, and is not subject to liability. Anything said on this site is merely advice. The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! cannot account for wrong or inaccurate advice, damage to a computer, or the accuracy of each member's knowledge. Under no circumstances shall The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.


-Information on The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! can be subject to copyright. Some things are not under copyright, but it is unclear what is and what is not copyrighted. If you as a user want to use any of the site's material; you must include the URL for the page, the page title, the author of the material, and it must be in original format. Full content on a page can be distributed as long as it is quoted, and there is no extra information attached to it.

 

-At any time your computer seems to be unrepairable, then The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! will ask you if you would like to:
A: Reformat and reinstall. B: In-place upgrade. C: Do nothing.

You are the decision-maker. You do not have to do a reinstall, but the topic will have to be closed, if you agree to not continue.

The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! Experts (Tech Guru, Mods/Admins), are the only ones whom you should ever take advice from when asked to reinstall. Any member (non-"staff") asking for another member (non-"staff") to reinstall, may be suspended. "Staff" is considered as anyone in a certain Usergroup on the board, and colored differently than members (non-"staff").

-If you think your information might have been taken, if under copyright, please contact us, by using the link at the bottom of the page, and we will remove the content immediately. If reporting stolen information, please include evidence such as links, and verification information. If the content cannot be verified, then the content will stay in place, but locked from member's view.

-Content submitted to the site will be recycled if the use of it is no longer valid. The recycling time is one month after there are no more replies to the topic. The topic is deleted from the recycling bin after 3 months. If you would like a topic rescued, you must contact The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! Administrator or Global Moderator via Personal Message within the three month time period after recycling.

-The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! has the right to terminate your account, suspend, or remove privileges if these terms of service agreement is broken.
