-Administrators, moderators, and helpers of the site are considered volunteers. This is a hobby site, and is not subject to liability. Anything said on this site is merely advice. The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! cannot account for wrong or inaccurate advice, damage to a computer, or the accuracy of each member's knowledge. Under no circumstances shall The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
-Administrators and other specialized staff including Moderators, Experts, Microsoft MVPs, Trusted Advisors, and Tech Support are the only users whom you shall receive any trusted advice on fixing your computer.
However, we cannot account for any damages arising from fixing your computer, since the results of removing malware are unpredictable. Approximately 75% of computers infected with malware are fixable, however, the latter margin is prone to issues beyond our control.
If your computer happens to be in the latter margin, we will do our best to help you through the process of recovering your data, and if need be - reformat and reinstall your operating system.
-Information on The Ultimate Geek TaskForce! can be subject to copyright. Some things are not under copyright, but it is unclear what is and what is not copyrighted. If you as a user want to use any of the site's material; you must include the URL for the page, the page title, the author of the material, and it must be in original format. Full content on a page can be distributed as long as it is quoted, and there is no extra information attached to it.
-If you think your information might have been taken, if under copyright, please contact us, by using the link at the bottom of the page, and we will remove the content immediately. If reporting stolen information, please include evidence such as links, and verification information.
