Well yeah, basically it is a simple SmitFraud removal tool.

Whilst we haven't had an update for a while, we are currently re-writing the entire of the code to a different programming language.
There is a list of what it detects and removes on the website, the only thing that is a little sketchy so far is the removal of greenav... it appears that it only removes 40% of cases, which we are trying to improve.

Whilst it is not stated, be aware that the tool is still in a sort of beta. We have tested against a lot of the detections, but we know there are still a few problems. For instance, the program is still unable to terminate the process of the smitfraud, which is why it is quite important to run the tool in safe mode.
We are actually going to be including this in the next few updates...
