Let this be a warning to those looking to buy a Xbox 360 from ebay or any other auction/private sale sites etc.

As many gamers will already know (this is for those who don't), Microsoft have just finished waving the banhammer yet again. Those who have modded their consoles are more than likley to have had their console banned from Xbox Live. (although not all consoles that have been modded are affected as there are ways to avoid being banned)

What we see now is a lot of people offloading their banned consoles on sites such as Ebay and Craigslist, if you are looking to buy a console 2nd hand make sure you ask the seller if it has been banned from live or not as once it's banned, its banned for good!

There are also people looking to buy these banned consoles so if your unfortunate to have been caught, put up and advert/lisitng, be honest and maybe you will sell for a decent price.
