Removed the following forums/Categories, and merged old topics:

Social Networking News
Gaming News
Developing Bugs
Geek News
Typography
HMOS Press Releases
Simple Questions Answered
Geek Investigations

Changed the following design elements:

Added and subtracted many smilies. Some had disappeared, some were useless.

Modified the front page to be more readable.

Other information:

Moved many forums to the Other category and straightened a few other forums.

Moved the New User Forum to the Other Category as well. It is small, and does not get much attention.

Changed the name of the Other category to "Computer talk"

Merged the security forum in to PC Help.

The Technology category was changed to Technology News.

Added a couple new categories that make sense.

Made the site more streamlined.

Removed the Google ad network, but still have Analytics and the network ads in place.

Added Amazon ad network.

Very nice improvements!

The forum index looks a lot cleaner and organised with the catagories and then the sub catagories listed underneath.

It looks a lot simpler, and will be easier to find the different sub catagories now that they are all listed under the main catagories.

It also shows the true content of the site where-as before it didn't look like there was as much content as there actually was.

Oh and i'm liking the new smilies!

I love it. It seems to be more "streamlined" as you called Jay. I am glad we planned well, so it will be good. I would love to write more, but I got to cook a turkey. See ya.
