Please copy and paste the following in to Notepad:

Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile]
"EnableFirewall"=dword:00000001
"DoNotAllowExceptions"=dword:00000000

Then click File > Save As
Save to the Desktop as firewallFIX.reg
Choose Save as type: All Files.

Click Save.

Then, double-click on firewallFIX.reg and confirm the prompts.

Does this help?
