I hope you guys know mac i didnt see alot of mac stuff on this site....

I been having a problem with my mac .....My safari and firefox crashes, i went to apple discussions and may other places and no one can help me, whenever i go to facebook or just open the internet i will get a line across just the window of the open application then it will start duplicating the window over and over til i cant see or work on anything, then i have to restart by holding the button on the back......some of the things i have tried are: I have tried the disk utilities>repair permissions and it didnt work...this use to happen only when i was on the internet browsers, but not it seems to just be happening all the time no matter if the internet is on or not. I then was suggested to uninstall flash and reinstall...did that, didnt work, then i was told to take out the file Library>preferences>org.mozilla.firefox.plist so i did and it still does didnt work. This happens alot when i was on facebook playing flash games but now its affecting everything. I noticed when my bro was in town he downloaded a program called Tattoodle/Fast Web Browser on my computer ive uninstalled the tattoodle, but I cant seem to delete fast web browser.....im at a loss and my computer is a 24in Imac intel core 2 duo. its only three years old..i just paid it off ...figures huh? do you think its malware?

I will admit first I have no experience with MAC's, but I have come across Tattoodle/Fast Web Browser before.

Open Firefox.
Type about:config in the address bar in Firefox.
In the filter, type fast
This should bring up all the instances of where Fast Browser Search has taken over.
Right click on each of the Fast Browser Search entry's and select reset.

In the filter type fbs
Again right click on each of the Fast Browser Search entry's and select reset.

Check your add-ons under Firefox and uninstalled My Web Tattoo if it shows up.

Check your installed programs and remove anything that shows up under Tattoodle/Fast Web Browser.
