My computer isn't allowing me to change my homepage from this annoying "myfastwebsearch" website. On first opening the web browser, it automatically directs me to this website. It started happening after i downloaded this game from a site i didn't know. i used the scan from hijackthis and heres the log i got from it.

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

(Note: if you already have the program installed, open Malwarebytes from the Start Menu or Desktop shortcut, click the Update tab, and click Check for Updates, before doing the scan as instructed below!)

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)

Please download the latest version of Kaspersky GetSystemInfo (GSI) from Kaspersky and save it to your Desktop.
Please close all other applications running on your system.

Please double click GetSystemInfo.exe to open it.

Click the Settings button.



Set it to Maximum



IMPORTANT! Then please click Customize - choose Driver / Ports tab and uncheck Scan Ports.


Click Create Report to run it.

It will create a zip folder called GetSystemInfo_XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.zip on your Desktop. Please upload the folder to Kaspersky GSI Parser and click the Submit button.

Please copy and paste the url of the GSI Parser report (not the log) in your next reply.

When I try to click the settings button it tells me "You must have the administrative rights to view settings".

No biggie. Run it without that option.

After trying many antivirus and anti spyware I have successfully removed it. Just open startup file in program from starup menu or find the file homepg.cmd and delete it.
