• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe.
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted.
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.

I'm sorry, but I don't remember. When it wouldn't work I took it back to my mother. I'll ask her the next time I see her.

The webcam was a Hawking. All I can say about the software was that it was on a floppy disk. It just occured to me that I could have looked at the disk on her computer and seen what programs or files where on it. I'll try that next time.

Check that out, please, and let me know what happens. Without a driver, the camera will probably not work in sync with the computer.
