The owner of the company where I work has installed staff spy software on his PC. If the PC that I use was his that would be fine, but I provide my own PC and do not feel in that case he has a right to see it. Is there a way to block him from this?

Not usually. Just don't post your private information for the person to see. If it only monitors what you do on the Internet, then there is little risk involved.

As it's used as a company PC then he may have rights to monitor what you are doing, even tho it's your PC.

I would check this with your HR department or some sort of Citizan's Advice for legal advice on this.

In regards to removing it, as DragonMaster Jay said it's not really our position to help you remove it as it's being used for company use and it's his company.
