I reinstalled my xp OS when problems caused by a trojan became so bad that i couldn't do anything with my computer. After a few hurdles and problems like installing drivers, i found that when i tried to access a usb by dbl-clicking removable disk e, the following message appears: "The disk in drive e is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?'. I had no idea what to do. I tried formatting it, but that didn't work either, with "windows was unable to complete the format", even though the process didn't even begin in the first place.

Any help at all please?
