That is very odd.

I guess one more solution might work, and that is KillBox.

Please download Pocket KillBox to your Desktop.
  • Double-click on KillBox.exe to start the program.
  • Click the open button, as shown below for the full file/folder path. Choose the path.

  • If you choose to delete a file, the box will read what the file name is, and if you choose a folder, the box will read "Directory."
  • After you have chosen the file/folder to delete, click the red x, as shown below.

  • If the file/folder refuses to delete, then use the Delete on Reboot option, as shown below, and then click the red x.
