I have updated the site ranks and groups.
They are now in this hierarchy:
Administrators - administrate the forum
Secondary Administrator - assists the admin directly
Moderators - Manages the whole forum by moderating and keeping the site up to date.
Experts - Those who have been trained in malware removal and are highly respected in the forums as someone who knows what they are talking about.
Trained Advisors - Those who are trained in malware removal.
Tech Support - Technical support staff. Those who have a good knowledge of the Windows internals.
News Team - Contributor for news.
Honorary Members - Those who have 50 posts or more, or have donated to the site.
