How to remove HelpAssistant user account and infection


Overview

This tutorial will teach you how to remove the HelpAssistant user account and rootkit infection.

Process

  • Register for this site - if you are not already.
  • Please download Profiles by noahdfear.
    • Save it to your desktop.
    • Double-click profiles.exe and it will launch a log. Select all of the text from the log, and right-click and select Copy.

  • Click here to create a new topic, post the info from Profiles in the body, by right-clicking in the white box and selecting Paste.

Then, you will get help from a malware helper.
