i have question which is better?? online armor firewall(free), pc tool firewall(free) or outpost firewall(free)?

Also, any one of those three firewalls work well. Choose either one.

in a normal pc if you go tools, there is always be folder option but in my laptop there nothing.

and my antivirus in avira is Guard status is "Unknown" what happen?

You may have to reinstall Avira.

For the Folder Options, you have to be in Windows Explorer, not My Computer to see that.

So, if you go to the My Documents folder, you should see it in that tools menu.
