Hi,
I recently was infected by this "Antivirus software alert" that basically imitates an Antivirus program and opens loads of pop up windows and also blocks every program I try to open and says the program is "infected".
So what can I do ?

I am under windows vista and i try to run malwarebytes anti malware, but the virus doesn't let me open the program ...
