Hi,
First, you will need to prepare for the registry fix by following the instructions here
By doing the above it will allow you to fix mistakes, if you have any trouble doing the above or this tutorial does not fix your exe associations please post it in the forum as you are probably infected by malware.
To fix the associations do the following:
Now, try to open a exe file again and it should work, if not please post on the forums and we will assist you.

- Double click fix.reg to run it.
- Select yes to the registry merge prompt.
