I'd have to say for me, Windows 3.1.

The first computer I had was ether a Windows 95,97 or 98. Don't remember which, but it was pretty cool.

However, I would have to say Visual Basic 5. Or whatever the OS/environment my Kaypro 2 and Radioshack TRS-80 Model 4 Microcomputer runs. Got them several months ago, but still haven't a clue. Ahhhh
