MalwareBytes Anti Malware has a free edition that works very well. I run it on my computer.

I followed the instructions exactly and it worked
The code that was in the windows task master was NOT the same as you describe.
I assume they have a way to change it randomly
I had a few misses at which was the random code but eventually got it and then followed the instructions as you provided.
I hope the designers of the maleware rot slowly and painfully.
