Ok, I went thru the steps that you have on the site about removing this bad bad virus. It was on a friends computer. The virus is gone from what I can tell but I have a question. When I first looked at her computer there was an icon for this System Tool 2011. Now the icon is gone, since I followed all the steps, but when I looked user her start menu it is still listed there and under the programs???

To me they should all be gone. Just want to make sure that she is back on track.

Once this is done, you should be able to get access to your Desktop and proceed with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
