I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your help, walk through, and accurate directions on getting rid of this TERRIBLE "System Tool 2011" BOGUS PIECE OF CRAP!! Because of you, I was able to get my OS back running, and am back to work right now. THank you SOOO MUCH for you advice and help, it was VERY appreciated!
