I was trying to avoid a new post on this topic but after reading the other posts with out sucess, here I am.
Cant do a thing etc.
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and a Gigabyte motherboard.
I have already burned a copy of OTLPEstd.exe.I was hoping to include the info here.
When I hit F12 on start up for the boot order, I get the boot options. I select CD ROM, hit enter, then the computer does a normal start.
UPDATE: I was just poking around and on one restart my anti virus managed to somehow block the System Tool start. I was then able to run AVG free and it found nothing. So I ran a full Malwarebytes scan and it found 4 naughties. Hopefull, that is the end of it all. The only thing I did different this time was to hit F2 on boot. I did have the OTLPEstd.exe disc still in the drive.
