I can not uninstall WhiteSmoke from my Windows Vista, I get an error launching check locked Ws Files. Can someone help me?

I am also unable to uninstall White Smoke. It has now become my home page. I need some assistance please. I get "Error launching CheckLockedWsFiles" when I try to uninstall. I appreciate any help in this matter.
