Revo Uninstall didn't remove Whitesmoke AND now i can't find original sign up info anywhere at all to cancel. don't want to get hit with a 39.95 charge in a few weeeks. help?
also, HOW am i ever gonna gwt whitesmoke off of my pc? used malwarebyte, revo, spybot, the applet on my pc....nothin works cos it's 'locked'
any other free) suggestions?

Please download OTL to your Desktop. (If you already have it downloaded, then just follow the instructions below).

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) and paste (Edit->Paste) the contents of these files, one at a time
