Microsoft Updates from 11/8/11
MS11-083 - TCP-IP Stack vulnerability: could allow a worm to interrogate itself causing it to take control of the computer. It's not an easy one to crack, but good thing it is patched now.
MS11-085 - DLL preloading vulnerability: Specially crafted DLL files can be loaded by Windows Mail causing remote code execution. Both DLL files must be in the same network directory for the vulnerability to work.
MS11-086 - Active Directory vulnerability: An LDAP secure (SSL) configured connection can be compromised when an attacker uses a revoked certificate to authenticate in an active directory.
MS11-084 - Windows Kernel Mode Drivers vulnerability: A specially crafted TrueType Font File (TTF) is distributed as an attachment, and when opened and executed, could lead to denial of service.

You may want to consider purchasing the PRO version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to protect against these types of threats.
