The following is a list of services that can be set to manual in Windows Vista. Keep in mind, this is only a tweaking tutorial.

Right click on your Computer icon, either on your desktop or in the start menu. Then click manage. Now go to Services & Applications > Services.

Alternatively, you can open the services panel by clicking the start
menu and pointing to Run. When the run box appears, type in services.msc and click OK. Or, type in services.msc in the search box on the start menu.

damage to your version of Windows Vista.

  • Tablet PC Input Service
  • TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
  • Offline Files
  • IP Helper
  • Diagnostic Policy Service
  • ReadyBoost (If you do not need it)
  • Remote Registry
