Please click Start and in the search box type: CMD and right click on Command Prompt in the results pane and select Run as Administrator.

In Command Prompt please enter the following and press enter: regsvr32 actxprxy.dll

Exit Command Prompt, reboot, and see if the tabs issue is fixed.
