Please write these instructions down on notebook paper or handy notepad, as they appear exactly:

!! SAVE ALL PROGRAMS BEFORE CONTINUING !!

• Click Start and in Start Search, type in cmd and in the results pane, right click on Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator.
  
• In the window type in what is in the code-box below:

• Close Command Prompt

If you would like to use this command normally, please do the following:

Copy the following in to Notepad:

taskkill /F /IM explorer.exe
start c:\windows\explorer.exe

Click File > Save as
Choose Save as type: All Files
Save the file to your Desktop as uactemp.cmd
Exit Notepad and right click on the file and click Run as Administrator. Confirm any prompts.
