Safely setting services to manual in Windows 7
The following is a list of services that can be set to manual in Windows 7. Keep in mind, this is only a tweaking tutorial.
Right click on your Computer icon, either on your desktop or in the start menu. Then click manage. Now go to Services & Applications > Services.
Alternatively, you can open the services panel by clicking the start menu and pointing to Run. When the run box appears, type in services.msc and click OK. Or, type in services.msc in the search box on the start menu.

Services should be set to manual. Never disable a service. HMOS is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage to your version of Windows 7.
